The lack of in-room kettles and spotty WiFi reception frustrated me!!! A long walk to the train station with heavy luggage left me discontented!!! Improved signage for emergency procedures would enhance safety awareness!!!

Really enjoyed my thoroughly enjoyable stay for my short visit. The budget twin room I stayed in was a nice size and airy with nice balcony. Everything was simply really good.

I liked the location of this hotel as it's located in the old Zermatt and near to the Schwarzsee Paradise gondola station, thus in a bit quiet and scenic environment, with a lovely view of the village. It has a nice garden for the kids or for resting in the nature after an extensive mountain hike. The hotel stuffs are well-mannered and very helpful, rooms are artistically decorated (that impressed me more) and worth paying for a great vacation at Zermatt.

Really nice, friendly and helpful staff. Close to the main lift up to the glaciers and italy. Short walk to the main street and cleaned room.

The place is way too distant from the train station, like did they expect us to float in? And the breakfast variety was minimal, I mean, a bit more effort woudl ve been nice. Honestly, I thought maybe they would at least offer me a complimentary drink to make up for it, but alas, disappointment prevailed, almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was QUAINT and clean with excellent location to everything in Zermatt. Location: the venue was really close to town centre, and gondola and train station.
